6334 El Cajon Blvd. Inside The Aztec Food Hub. Located on El Cajon Blvd & the cross street is 63rd. It’s a midnight blue building with white trim, directly across the street from BLVD 63, which is a giant apartment complex. We are right next door to a mortuary.

Are you guys Plant Based or Vegan?

We are 100% Vegan. Vegan does NOT contain animal or animal by product such as: gelatin, honey, eggs, or milk. Plant based means it mainly uses plant products but can OR not contain animal products. 

Do you guys offer Gluten-Free options?

Unfortunately we had to stop offering customization of gluten free rolls, however in the near future we plan to offer gluten free customization again.  But, as of right now the rolls that we have that are naturally gluten free are: California Roll, Trifecta Roll, and of course rolls such as the Avocado Roll, Cucumber Roll, and Cucumber Cream Cheese Roll.

Anything tempura, vegan tuna mix, or eel sauce (mushrooms) is NOT GLUTEN FREE.

What is your Shrimp made out of?

The brand we use is by BeLeaf and it’s made out of Konjac (kaan -jak). It’s a common name of the East and Southeast Asian plant, used to create a flour and jelly of the same name. If you google BeLeaf Shrimp, more information can be found.

Ingredients: Konjac powder, vegetable gum, vegetable root starch, paprika, brown sugar, sea salt, plant based vegan seasoning.

What is your Crab Mix made out of?

Our Crab Mix is made from our BeLeaf Shrimp mixed with Kewpie Vegan Mayo.

What is your Salmon and Tuna made out of?

We use BeLeaf Salmon and Tuna, Konjac Powder is the recognizable ingredient in it. For more information google ‘BeLeaf Salmon Sashimi’.

What is your Spicy Tuna Mix made out of?

We use a blend of products to make our spicy tuna mix. Organic Firm Tofu & Worthington Brand Vegan Tuna, these two are then blended together with: vegan mayo, Sambal chili sauce, sesame oil, salt, lite soy sauce, and a little bit of msg.

Allergies: Soy, Wheat/Gluten, and Sesame

Kewpie Vegan Mayo

Ingredients: Expeller-pressed Canola Oil, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Food Starch-Modified, Yeast Extract, Xanthan Gum, Mustard Flour, Mustard Oil.

What Brand of Vegan Cream Cheese do you guys use?

Violife Vegan Cream Cheese

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Coconut Oil, Potato Starch, Salt (Sea Salt), Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Flavor (vegan sources), Olive Extract, Vitamin B12.
